Substitute Goods Policy and Refunds
No substitute goods are sent out automatically in replacement of items ordered. If we do not have the specific items in stock that have been ordered, we will contact the customer to advise when goods will be in stock or if they would like to consider any alternative goods, alternatively a refund will be offered.
If you need to return an item to us please follow these steps:
1. If an item is genuinely faulty or damaged (due to delivery). We will aggrange collection of the goods at our expense. Goods must be in all original packaging where possible and ready for collection. When goods are received back in our possession either new goods - a credit or a refund will be issued. None of the above will actioned until the goods are recieved back in our possession.
2. If in the situation you want to return an item that has been specifically ordered into stock for you the customer, there will be a 10% handling charge + you will be liable for all postage charges too and from you. We can arrange collection with our carrier or if you wish you can use a courier of your choice Please make sure you keep record of all collection details i.e parcel number ect.
3. All special order add on drums, cymbals, hardware + cases that are not stock items are non returnable or refundable unless a mistake has been made by us.
