How can I pay for my purchases?
You can pay for your purchases online using most major credit or debit
cards, including Mastercard, Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Switch,

Can I check stock at a store?
Yes, you can save time by checking stock at our store.
Can I reserve products and pick them up at the store?
Yes you can. Check that the item is held in stock with customer services.
How do I know if my order has been received?
Upon receipt of your order, an Order Acknowledgement screen will be
generated, issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page
for future reference. You will also receive an email confirming that we
have received your order details.
When will my order be delivered?
An estimated delivery lead time is shown in the delivery section on this
website. Items usually delivered within 48 hours, please allow 7 to 28
days. For larger items, we are unable to book a specific delivery date
at the time of order. However, we will check the latest delivery lead
time for your postcode as you go through the ordering process (before
you enter any payment details) and confirm this approximate lead time
when we acknowledge your order. We will then contact you to arrange a
delivery date.
As a guide, most goods are usually delivered within 48 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) from when you place your order. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm and we will need a signature at the time of delivery. Next day and Saturday delivery may also be available, depending on the time of order and the delivery address. Saturday deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm.
Larger items are usually delivered 14 days from receipt of order. See Home delivery information for more details. Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of the above, deliveries will be made separately.
Can I specify a delivery date?
Yes, for most items. If you have a preferred delivery date, please
select it when placing your order. Someone will need to be present at
the time of delivery to sign for the items. You can specify a delivery
address different from your home or main contact address, if more convenient.
Are receipts sent with deliveries?
The receipt is the address label on the parcel. You will need this in
case you wish to return goods. Some customers have requested a more traditional receipt with their delivery and we are working on providing
this as soon as possible.
How can I get a V.A.T. receipt?
In order to receive such a receipt, please email us at
bhamdrum@aol.com
including your order number. We will be more than happy to deal with
your request.
Can I place an order from overseas?
Yes. Customers from abroad can both register and place an order.
Does The Birmingham Drum Centre deliver overseas?
Yes we deliver the products worldwide.
Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from
BDC. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase,
please see our Returns and refunds page.
Are my details secure?
